Standard operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm.

The Customer Service Representative position is a two-person team that works together to ensure that the job is executed at the highest level of service for our customers. This position requires committed team members who are comfortable with both repetitive daily tasks and adjusting to fluctuating needs as they arise while utilizing all communication skills.

  • High School diploma or valid G.E.D.
  • Some post high school education such as some college or technical school or comparable on-the-job work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, people oriented.
  • Manage multiple phone lines.
  • Use arithmetic to keep records.
  • Lifting and occasionally carrying objects of 16 lbs. such as small tools, equipment, computer components, and paper.
  • Seeing, hearing, speaking.
  • Climbing, balancing, reaching, handling, keying.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Serves as initial contact to customers.
  • Process payments from customers at the front counter.
  • Answer customer questions on billing, credit or closings.
  • Sort and distribute mail, processing return mail.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and facilitate call center messages.
  • Process payments from various sources and input into computer system.
  • Assist Front Office Team as needed in the billing, closings and credit functions.
