Customer Service Representative

Job description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Assist customers with orders, refunds, or exchanges - Upsell products and services to increase revenue - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour Weekday Paid Weekly: $2.00 Weekend Bonus Paid Monthly

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Shift: 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person - Cape Girardeau

Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Previous experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus - Proficient in data entry and computer systems - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role.
