Customer Service Representative:

Atlantic Fuels is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are an expanding fuel delivery company based in Rye, NH with a loyal customer base in Seacoast New Hampshire, and southern Maine.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy at all times.
• Serve as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate team member.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date account data.
• Process and manage customer tickets efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
• Complete collection calls and follow-ups on past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence.
• Support general office operations and assist with projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or office support role
• Experience with billing or collections is preferred
• Experience in the fuel, energy, or service industry is a plus
• Experience with Blue Cow Ignite software strongly preferred
