Customer Service Representative

Flowly Solutions is hiring for an experienced customer service representative to work with our team.

This is a full time position with an opportunity to grow within the company. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, you will not be asked to work on the weekends. There may be required overtime hours based on daily needs.

In this role, you will be working directly with walk-in customers and assisting them with all of their needs. This includes advising on products and services, locating items on shelves and ordering products online. You must remain professional at all times while communicating with clients. We are able to train the right employee to effectively communicate all of our offerings.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself and becoming knowledgeable about all of our services
• Speaking with customers to develop and understanding of what they need
• Recommending specific services that are tailored to their project specifically
• Checking customers out and processing purchases
• Preparing online orders for customer pickup
• Communicating delays to clients to ensure they are aware
• Completing basic data entry and creating accounts for customers
• Answering customer calls and answering their questions
• Upselling products and creating larger sales

Qualifications:

• Prior customer services experience is preferred but it is not required
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Computer literacy and the ability to type
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
