About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our office team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. You will guide homeowners toward the right service solutions, provide critical support for our field team, and contribute to the culture of excellence that sets Ted’s apart.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries
  • Use company-prepared scripts to answer customer questions and guide them toward the best service solution for their home
  • Provide a calm, empathetic, and professional experience to help customers feel at ease
  • Conduct service-related follow-up calls to check in with past customers and assess current needs
  • Take detailed notes from customer calls and accurately enter information into our system to support the field team
  • Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and other office support as needed
  • Contribute to our upbeat, professional company culture through teamwork and a strong work ethic

What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma/GED required; some college preferred
  • Experience in skilled trades or home services industry preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills; reliable and self-motivated
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Courteous, professional manner with strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and typing proficiency
  • Ability to multitask effectively and follow up promptly
  • Team player who can also work independently
