This is not just answering phones—it’s about being the trusted point of contact for our clients, making their insurance experience seamless, and keeping the agency running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Own the client relationship: handle questions, service requests, and policy changes with accuracy and urgency.

Be the go-to support for our producers by keeping communication sharp and documentation airtight.

Spot opportunities to improve the client experience and take action.

Balance independence with collaboration in a hybrid role (some days remote, some in-office in Reston, VA).

What You Bring

Active Virginia P&C license.

3+ years of insurance industry experience.

A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told, you see what needs to be done and do it.

Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing details.

Tech confidence and adaptability.
