Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month to keep things exciting. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with lightning speed and top-notch professionalism.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• A valid driver’s license.


• The ability to rock your assigned shift with punctuality and reliability.
