You will be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them feel supported, understood, and taken care of. You’ll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and communicate with both customers and technicians.
You don’t need HVAC knowledge — we’ll teach you.
You don’t need years of experience — we train and develop people.
What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Answer inbound customer calls with warmth, clarity, and patience
Listen to customer needs and provide helpful solutions
Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
Maintain accurate notes and documentation
Support positive customer outcomes and help ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented call center environment

Clear and friendly communication
A helpful and empathetic approach to customer service
Comfort working on a computer and learning software
Ability to multitask in a busy, team-focused environment
Positive mindset and willingness to learn
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
We keep these limited and essential:
Age 18 or older
Ability to provide professional and courteous customer communication
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Experience with ServiceTitan or call center operations is a plus — but not required.
