Customer Service Representative

AmeriCash Loans, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate. We are looking for an ambitious, career-minded individual with great leadership qualities. This is an entry-level position with great potential to move into management. The Sales Associate is responsible for developing strong customer relationships and meeting aggressive sales goals. Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Loan processing
• Daily interaction with customers in person and over the phone
• Sales and marketing
• Cash handling
• General office duties
• Daily upkeep of the store

Requirements

• Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience
• General office skills and 2 years industry experience preferred
• Regular and dependable attendance with a timely start
• Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and balance cash and financial transactions
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred)
• Must possess the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential information
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Due to the nature of our business, a successful pre-employment background check is required.
