Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions to clients during each interaction
• Accurately enter and confirm client information in our database
• Educate clients about our products and services and recommend additional solutions based on their needs
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services
• Meet established standards for compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, and overall performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly phone voice and a positive attitude
• Professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external clients
• Self-starter who can work independently while meeting expectations
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Must be available for weekend and closing shifts
• Must be able to complete training at our Grandville location starting June 9
