What You’ll Be Doing:

  Be the voice of A Plus—support customers by phone, email, and chat, creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.

  Deliver top-notch service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

  Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.

  Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful, accurate information.

  Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions.

  Spot opportunities to recommend services that add value for our customers.

  Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service process.

  Learn our products and services so you can be the go-to resource for customers.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and active listening skills

  
  


• 
  

  Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)

  
  


• 
  

  A team player who’s excited about growth and contributing to success

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent
