Job Description - Customer Service Representative


At Senior Health Solutions we are searching for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team.  This person will be instrumental in supporting our agents and clients.
This is not remote.

Skills –
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills –
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience in Excel Spreadsheets
  • Receptionist, Front Desk, and/or Call Center Experience in previous employment
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Office hours are daytime hours Monday through Friday.  Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
We offer room for advancement.
