Customer Service Representative

Cardinal Glass has an immediate full time opening for a customer service representative in our Easton, PA location.  The primary duties for this position include processing customer orders, changes and returns, answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors and managing invoices from vendors or suppliers.  We are looking for a positive, professional and respectful employee to join our team.  This will be considered a 1st shift position 

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, basic computer and organizational skills, communication skills both verbal and written, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and prioritize assignments, dependable, and team orientated. Prior work experience in customer service or an office environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
