Job Description - Customer Service Representative


At Regal Plastic Supply, we pride ourselves on being the region’s leading distributor of plastic and films. With our dedication to quality and exceptional service, we've built a reputation of excellence among our clientele. We're now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Wichita.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and manage complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's product range to offer tailored solutions to our customers.
  • Liaise with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
