Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services and properties

- Assist clients with scheduling property viewings and answering any questions they may have

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure seamless customer service

- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the real estate market to better assist clients

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed
