Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding properties, services, and company policies

- Manage and maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to provide support for new and existing clients

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery

- Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

- Assist in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
