Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type:(Remote)

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes and making the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, showing properties, and completing necessary paperwork

- Maintain accurate and organized client records and files

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience

- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in real estate regulations

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed
