Job Description - Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (Warranty) to join our team. This position requires a versatile skill set, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to perform under pressure while making sound decisions. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is upheld during every client interaction.


Work Schedule



  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Some overtime required during busy season


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:    



  • Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling

  • Provide 5-star level of service to our customers

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service

  • Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders

  • Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Answering phones are first priority

  • Schedule all incoming service calls and create call slips

  • Satisfy all customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction

  • Follow up with customers and processing

  • Manage club membership plan, warranty plans, and quality control

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • 3 week rotation on call duty required after regular operating hours, and weekends

Work Environment:


This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment.  Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
