Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position that will involve interacting with our clients and providing them with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Assisting clients with their real estate needs, including scheduling appointments, providing property information, and coordinating property showings

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant information

- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs

- Knowledge of the Jonesboro real estate market is a plus
