This isn’t your typical front desk role. At FVRC, you’re the first voice clients hear in stressful, emotional moments - and the person who helps guide them through it.

The Florida Veterinary Referral Center is looking for someone who can step in, support their teammates, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to a fast-paced ER + Specialty environment. We are looking for a Client Care Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing team. We’re excited to welcome someone who takes pride in helping people and supporting exceptional veterinary care! If you’re an experienced Client Care professional who thrives in a collaborative team, you’ll feel right at home here.

💼 Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Evenings and weekends, with some holidays required
  • No overnight CSR shifts

💰 Pay & Benefits

  • Starting at $17 - $20/hr, based on experience
  • Weekend shift differentials of additional +$2/hr before 7pm and +$3/hr after 7pm

  • 1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service
  • Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized, with adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with technology and hospital software systems
  • Team-first mindset - we rely heavily on each other
