Job Description - Customer Service Representative

In this position you will assist our sales staff with tasks that help them to perform efficiently.
You will manage office tasks to free up the time of our sales staff, so that they can manage projects and clients.

Responsibilities

Answering Phones, Assisting Walk-In Clients, Filing, Ordering Office Supplies, Communicating with Clients, Contacting Vendors, Keeping a Clean Lobby, Help with Hand Work, Various Other Tasks as Assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this job will always have a smile on their face! They will be friendly, outgoing, eager to learn new things about the industry, and able to self manage.
