Customer Service Representative

Fashion Cleaners is looking for motivated customer service oriented individuals to assist customers at one of our midtown locations. We are hiring one individual for full time hours, shifts vary from 7:00 am to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:50 am -3 pm on Saturdays (flexible). This position starts at $8.50/hr plus immediate participation in our company Gainsharing bonus program. Some job responsibilities include assisting current customers with a high level of customer service, checking in orders into our computer system and answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
