Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative – Application Processing to support our consulting operations. The ideal candidate will assist clients throughout the application process, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with government portals, and the ability to learn new procedures quickly. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing and submitting various applications.
  

• Maintain accurate records, data entry, and clear documentation of all processes.
  

• Use government portals efficiently to support smooth application processing.
  

• Coordinate and prioritize multiple client requests and internal tasks.
  

• Support activities related to LLC formation, company setup, and general client onboarding.
