Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Department – Concierge
Education Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
● Preferably has relevant experience in customer service for 2 -3years
● Self -motivated and well -organized
● Able to work independently and under pressure
● Customer -oriented and good communications skills



Experience & Functional Knowledge Takes pride in being a customer service representative
● Loves interacting with guests and customers
● Pleasing personality
● Is a self -starter and a team player
● Communicates in English (oral and written)
● Loves being creative with an eye for detail
● Enjoys crafting best -fit solutions for the guests
● Has a passion for Customer Service
● Willing to learn and grow with the company
● Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
● Driving license is a Must (Valet Staff)
