Work Location: Training in Bloomington, MN Office, Transition to Remote / Hybrid

Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting the Donated Goods social enterprise by delivering a high-quality, responsive experience to donors. This position manages inbound communications, schedules donation pickups, and ensures accurate data entry to support efficient routing and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Donor Engagement & Customer Service
· Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and online requests.
· Provide timely, courteous responses and resolve issues.
· Communicate donation guidelines and mission impact.
Scheduling, Data Entry & Systems
· Enter and update donor information accurately.
· Schedule pickups using routing software.
· Maintain data integrity.
Team Collaboration & Operations Support
· Collaborate with operations and routing teams.
· Communicate issues clearly.
· Support team goals and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong communication skills
· Basic Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to multitask and learn systems
Preferred Qualifications
· 1–3 years customer service or call center experience
· Nonprofit experience
· CRM or logistics system experience
