Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Description

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves people and has a vibrant openness to learning a dynamic new activity! In this role, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. Off the floor, you'll manage client relations, assist with scheduling, and promote exciting studio events. On the floor, you will actively engage with our community by learning our foundational dance styles and helping guide regular students through their weekly activities. If you have exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and are excited about a customer service role that keeps you moving and connecting rather than sitting behind a desk all day, we want to meet you!

Requirements
  • ​Ability to stand on your feet for long hours of the day, moving throughout the studio and actively engaging with clients and students.
  • ​Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • ​Excellent customer service abilities with a genuine passion for helping people and building lasting community connections.
  • ​Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized with a sharp attention to detail in a bustling environment.
  • ​Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn new skills, including an eagerness to learn our studio’s unique activities and curriculum.
  • ​Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required—we hire for personality and train for skill!
  • ​A passion for dance or the arts is a major plus!

Salary commensurate with experience
