Customer Service Representative

Bighorn Airways is seeking an outgoing, motivated, individual to join our team as a customer service representative.  The primary responsibility of the CSR is to provide excellent customer service to both our external customers as well as our internal customers. This position will perform a variety of tasks including answering phones and transferring to the appropriate people, process routine financial transactions including balancing cash drawer, credit card and cash transactions, computer data entry, filing, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a team as well as individually. This position works one day per weekend.
