Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, TN.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Answering Customer Inquiries: responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Resolving Issues and Complaints: addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Providing Product Information: offering accurate and helpful details about products and services.
Processing Payments: processing payments.
Maintaining Accurate Records: keeping track of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with Other Departments: working with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: striving to provide a positive and helpful experience to all customers.
Escalating Issues: knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member
Route delivery when needed
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong Communication Skills
Data entry and computer skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Customer Service experience required
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
Disinfectant process chemicals
Personal protective equipment as required.
Office equipment
Insert hazardous materials and/or equipment
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
Good hand-eye coordination
Good manual dexterity
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Repeated bending and kneeling
Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
