What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care

• Gather customer information, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions

• Promote our services with confidence and enthusiasm

• Support field technicians with scheduling and coordination

• Perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions

• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude

Schedule / Compensation

• Monday - Friday with rotating weekends 

• In-Person at our Cheektowaga branch

• $19-$23 per hour based on experience
