Job Description - Customer Service Representative


The CSR is responsible in providing exceptional customer service to assigned clients, handling policyholder inquiries, and supporting the insurance team. 


 Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide information about policies, coverage, claims, and billing..

  • Maintain effective communication with a broad range of insurance carriers.

  • Provide responsive and satisfactory customer support to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal brokers and underwriting teams to ensure proper risk evaluation.

    Required Skills & Abilities:



    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
