AV Taxi Rides is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service while supporting daily transportation operations and assisting customers with ride-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
  • Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
  • Update customer information within company systems
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude

Salary Range

$18 – $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
