We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping homeowners schedule the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services they need.

What You'll Do

  Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy.

  
  


• 
  

  Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, confirm service, and support marketing campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently while maximizing technician availability.

  
  


• 
  

  Educate customers on our services, promotions, and membership programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and notes within our CRM and scheduling software.

  
  


• 
  

  Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including booking rates, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Previous customer service or call center experience required.

  
  


• 
  

  Home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar) is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  Proficient with computers, CRM software, and scheduling systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
