Customer Service Representative

Trio Supply Company, a federation partner with the Office Depot Corporation, is seeking a full-time bi-lingual (fluent Spanish) customer service representative and receptionist for our Fridley, MN office.  This is an on-site position and the employee will be in the office every day.  Trio Supply is the Twin Cities leader of food service and catering disposable products.  We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package to include vacation time, discretionary time, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and disability and life benefits, 401K savings plan with company match, free parking, and employee discounts.

This position is responsible for answering and routing incoming phone calls, and greeting walk in guests, customers and vendors.  They will work within the customer service department and will take customer calls, placing orders into the system, assist Spanish speaking customers by speaking their language, filing, obtain mail from the mailbox each day, and distribute mail to appropriate employees, responsible for keeping the lunch room stocked and orderly, and other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.

This position must be bi-lingual in Spanish to assist our Spanish speaking customers.

Other requirements include:

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to interact with all levels of employees and managers.
• Speak English and Spanish fluently
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
• Ability to sit for long periods of time (80%)
• Friendly and customer oriented attitude
