Quaker Valley Foods, a leading refrigerated food distributor located in Northeast Philadelphia, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our diverse sales teams.

* Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Answer customer questions and assist with issue resolution.
• Enter and maintain customer orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Credit Department with account setup, billing inquiries, returns, and collections issues.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Department regarding late orders and delivery concerns.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Maintain and update sales forms and related documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain productivity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
