Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This full-time position will serve as an important connection between our customers, sales team, and manufacturing operations. The right person will help ensure orders are entered accurately, information is communicated clearly, commitments are followed through, and customer concerns are handled professionally and promptly.

Looking For

• Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP, order-entry, and other business systems


• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy


• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through


• Clear and professional written and verbal communication


• The ability to remain calm, listen carefully, and de-escalate difficult situations


• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to recognize needs and support sales opportunities


• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of issues through resolution


• The ability to manage multiple orders, requests, and deadlines efficiently


• A collaborative approach when working with sales, production, shipping, quality, and other departments


• Dependability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn technical product information

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new orders and ensure accurate order entry


• Communicate order status clearly and promptly to customers and internal teams


• Answer product questions and provide knowledgeable support


• Coordinate internally with sales, production, shipping, and quality departments to resolve issues


• Process returns efficiently and accurately


• Maintain accurate customer and order information in business systems


• Help create an experience that encourages long-term customer relationships and repeat business
