Diehl Collision of Washington is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collision repair team in Washington, Pennsylvania!

As a Collision Center Customer Service Representative, you will be an important part of our daily operations, assisting customers throughout the collision repair process while supporting our estimators, technicians, and management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in automotive customer service, collision center administration, dealership reception, or office support who wants to build a long-term career with Diehl Automotive.
As a Collision Center CSR, you will help provide a positive customer experience while keeping our front office and repair process running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers professionally and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule collision repair estimates and customer appointments.
Assist customers with questions regarding the collision repair process.
Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion dates.
Coordinate with collision estimators, technicians, and management to provide accurate customer updates.
Assist with insurance claim documentation and communication with insurance companies.
Maintain accurate customer information, repair files, and appointment records.
Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general administrative duties.
Assist with vehicle check-in and customer delivery paperwork.
Help coordinate rental vehicle arrangements and customer transportation when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Address customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
Support collision center management with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers and can manage multiple responsibilities in a busy automotive environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience.
Automotive dealership or collision center experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and automotive management software is a plus.
Familiarity with CCC ONE or collision repair management systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential customer information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Candidates with experience as an Automotive Customer Service Representative, Collision Center CSR, Body Shop Receptionist, Automotive Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Service BDC Representative, or Collision Repair Customer Service Advisor are encouraged to apply.
