We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York City, supporting our Kids Brand. This individual will play an important role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale channels.

Compensation: $60k-$67k 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach in all customer interactions.


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.


• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.


• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and other requests accurately and in a timely manner.


• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s products, sizing, availability, and policies to assist customers effectively.


• Monitor order status, shipping updates, and delivery issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions.


• Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, credit and other internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.


• Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to customer service processes.


• Support the day-to-day customer service operations of the brand while ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates currently pursuing a degree will also be considered.


• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the footwear, apparel, fashion, or retail industry.


• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or wholesale customer service is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone and via email.


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications; experience with order management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.


• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
