In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily freight movement—solving problems, communicating across teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
  
• Track and trace daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  
• Accurately document shipment updates, exceptions, and issues
  
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
  
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to maintain smooth operations
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely problem resolution
