Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Augustine, FL
Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll primarily assist customers over the phone—answering questions, scheduling service or maintenance appointments, and ensuring a great experience every time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional support to existing customers via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments efficiently and accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure appointments are completed and their needs are met
- Document interactions in company systems with attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
- Help maintain a positive and productive work environment

- Great communication and conversation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
