Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:
Support the Account Management Team with customer interaction for quoting, status reports, pricing maintenance, data entry, customer order inquiries, paperwork issues.  Act as a point of contact between the assigned customer base and Airtomic Ducting Solutions.  Assures we meet customer needs and provide the highest level of value to the customer at all times, achieving optimum financial expectation for Airtomic and RBC Bearings, while maintaining current accounts.

Key Position Responsibilities:

• Acts proactively supporting safety at all times. Safety is ALWAYS first.


• Act as a representative for the customer.


• Communicate with customer to manage their delivery priorities.


• Provide clear, timely, responsiveness and detailed quotations to the customer base.


• Work with internal/external customers to clarify and resolve issues.


• Resolve paperwork discrepancies for repair and OEM.


• Assist with execution of repair exchange or purchase parts processing.


• Communicate technical information to the customer.


• Manage OEM customer portals and metrics.


• Perform all other duties as required.

Act on behalf of Airtomic:

• Represent Airtomic in a professional, innovative, positive, pro-active manner.


• Work with customers to obtain engine and parts forecasting.


• Act on behalf of Airtomic for repair, OEM, part sales and PMA/SAR products.


• In case of emergency, must be able to access the internal system to provide information to a customer or make the necessary changes to achieve necessary requirements.


• Maintain Data and Records.

• Achieve monthly processing goals by daily execution.


• Maintain up-to-date department resources and procedures at all times.


• Serve opportunistic customer base to encourage growth.
  
  

Required qualification / Education / and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.


• Must be multi-task/project oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industry meeting established timelines.


• Excellent verbal, writing, listening and interpersonal skills are required to interact with all functional levels of internal and external contacts.


• Detail orientated and organized.


• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


• Strong analytical and decision making skills with ability to exercise informed risk taking in order to make judgment calls.


• Ability to prioritize and to work without close supervision.
