Customer Service Representative

Eichholtz USA is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in High Point, NC.

Responsibility

The following tasks are your main responsibilities:

• Anticipate customer needs and provide recommendations, updates, and solutions without requiring prompting

• Identify process improvement opportunities and actively contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Coordinate issue resolution with sales, management, warehouse and service teams

• Manage customer accounts, quotes, and orders

• Monitor lead times and order status

• Coordinate issue resolution with sales, management, warehouse and service teams

• Establish and support customer relationships and account growth

Our ideal candidate:

You are representative, pro active and have a high level op responsibility, besides that you are/have:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Strong computer proficiency with exceptional attention to detail

• Proactive, self-motivated professional with a strong customer-focused approach and commitment to problem-solving

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
