Job Description - Customer Service Representative - 3

Main Job Duties:

Handle customer parts/equipment inquiries via inbound calls, emails, etc. peak season minimum of 45 inbound calls.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Job Description:

This opportunity will support the Supply Service Team. The talent selected for this opportunity will work very closely with customers.

This person will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.

In order to be successful in the role candidates will need to be able to implement strong problem-solving skills.

This position will involve managing high phone call volume 85% of the time.

Skills:

Customer service, order entry, microsoft office, data entry, Call center, inbound call, customer service call center

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.

2-3 years customer service-related experience required. Experience from a Home Depot, Lowes, auto parts could be useful in this role but not required.

Time management skills and attention to detail are must haves to be successful.
