 What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with policy questions, billing, and coverage details
  


• Support sales agents with applications, endorsements, and policy changes
  


• Process quotes and service requests accurately and efficiently
  


• Deliver policies and conduct follow-ups as needed
  


• Maintain detailed and compliant client records
  


• Provide professional service via phone and email
  
  

Requirements

• Active Florida 4-40 (required)
  


• 1–2+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
  


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  


• Strong communication and organizational skills
  


• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  


• Team player with a customer-first mindset
