What You Will Do?

Our Contact Center provides a variety of services for Florida healthy Kids (FHK), Children's Health Insurance Program. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls from families with inquiries, answering questions and, or providing assistance on the application process, eligibility requirements and determinations, enrollment, health plans, premium payments, annual account renewals in addition to providing ongoing family account maintenance.

How You Will Do It?

Required (not optional):

Home internet Minimum requirement: 20 Mbps download speed; 5Mbps upload
Preferred: 25+ Mbps download speed; 10+ Mbps
Cat5e Ethernet cable connection (no mobile hotspots)

PC Processor (CPU) Minimum: Intel i3, AMD Athlon Pro 200U, or equivalent
Preferred: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better

PC Memory Minimum: RAM Memory: 4 GB of RAM
Preferred: 8+ GB RAM

PC Hard Drive Storage Minimum: 64 GB HD, 30 GB free
Preferred: 128 GB SSD or 5400 RPM, 50 GB free

PC/Operating System Windows 10

Note: Chromebooks and/or Apple/Mac desktops/laptops are NOT permitted Headset Minimum Requirements: Must Connect to agent's PC via headphone jack, USB
Must have built-in microphone that guarantees callers can hear agent clearly
Must have speakers that guarantee agent can hear callers clearly
Must pass a diagnostic test to guarantee sufficient audio quality for agent to manage calls
Must receive management approval during a training class

Recommended: USB Connection preferred
Audio device can be comfortably worn by agent for 40 hour work week
Device has sufficient return policy allowing agent to return if it does not meet requirements during the training/testing period

Smartphone Minimum Requirement: Android or Apple smartphone with working camera and capability of installing applications necessary for daily system login

Camera Agent must have camera to guarantee their on-camera presence for duration of New-Hire Training, future training and or meetings as required

Work area Must be distraction free for Agent's entire shift and/or any OT hours in the future No background noises Kids
Animals
TV
Phones

Training Three Weeks virtual classroom (via Zoom) guided training: Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30 pm
Two Week Nesting - handing Calls with mentor assistance: Monday - Friday -- anytime between 7:30a-7:30p
