12 OAKS SENIOR LIVING is a leading accounting firm specializing in providing financial services to senior living communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at 12 OAKS SENIOR LIVING, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing high-quality assistance and support. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will represent the company in a professional and friendly manner, acting as a bridge between our clients and our accounting team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information Assist clients in navigating our accounting software, resolving technical issues, and providing troubleshooting guidance Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve client concerns and ensure timely and accurate resolution Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and offer solutions Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner Provide guidance and training to clients on how to best utilize our accounting services and tools Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in using accounting software and tools Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients Benefits Benefits offered are 401k Health, Dental and Vision Plans, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Accident Policies, Health Club Membership (up to $50 per Month), Tuition Assistance (for employees still in college), Employee Assistance, Program Personal and Vacation Time Holiday Pay.
