Job Description - Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative in Grand Rapids, MI area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, analyze problems, and find appropriate resolutions.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various departments. This ensures that you can access the necessary resources, gather relevant information, and provide accurate responses to citizens' complaints or inquiries.
Familiarize yourself with the payment processes and systems used within the organization.
Act as a liaison between the citizens and the relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and resolutions related to the citizens' inquiries or service needs.
Other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
At least one year of experience in a contact center or dispatch operations is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience practical exposure to managing and optimizing various aspects of business operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
