Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Staffmark has partnered with a dynamic logistics company in Simpsonville, SC, and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated team. 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.00/hr + $2.00/hr after hire (520 hours)

Requirements: The job requires 2 years of CSR experience, with shipping and receiving experience considered a plus. The ability to lift 45 pounds is also required.

Job Duties: The Customer Service Representative will control and have authority over all inventory and order management aspects, handle all crisis resolutions, and manage inventory control and quality assurance for customer products.
