Customer Service Representative - $500 Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused CSR I to join our Mortgage Loan Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their mortgage-related needs are met.  The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and/or insurance and be familiar with mortgage terminology.

In This Role, You Will:

• Provide timely, effective, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues with precision and care
• Assist with the administration of single-family home loans, ensuring accurate and efficient responses
• Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
• Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication
• Other job duties as assigned

•  Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
