The Tier1/FST Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing courteous and accurate responses to primary support inquiries from the company's dealers, Field Sales Representatives, and product contract holders. This position is crucial in deepening the relationships we have with both internal and external customers. The CSR will effectively handle all general inquiries, including but not limited to contract administration, dealer portal support, and forms/supply orders.

salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from dealers, Field Sales Representatives, and product contract holders.

Provide courteous, accurate, and timely responses to support inquiries.

Deepen relationships with both internal and external customers by delivering white-glove customer service.

Handle general inquiries related to contract administration, dealer portal support, and forms/supply orders.

Follow documented processes while communicating effectively and improvising to meet customer needs.

Work closely with teammates and other departments to obtain information and troubleshoot unusual requests.
