Our client is seeking a highly professional and career-driven Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts. This role requires responding with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. The position involves providing functional support for client's Cash Management products and services, the company's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and addressing general account or financial-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Client Support: Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient responses.

Product Knowledge: Provide functional support for client's Cash Management products and services.

Online and Mobile Support: Assist clients with issues related to the company's Online (client website) and Mobile app.

General Inquiries: Address general account or financial-related inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Performance Metrics: Consistently meet key department performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.

salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour
